As part of our move to the new Las Vegas office, our ProAgent Portal will be temporarily offline from 6 pm Thursday 12/10 through Sunday evening 12/13.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; this move is part of our continuing mission to deliver top-quality processing services at the best possible rates.

  • There will be no effect on merchant processing, settlement or reporting. Merchants’ transactions will continue to run as usual.
  • From Thursday, 12/10 at 6 pm, through Sunday evening, 12/13, the ProAgent Portal and our internal Nimbus systems will be fully offline.
  • Agent reporting will also be offline during this time.
  • No new applications will be able to be submitted; any applications which are in progress as of this evening will be paused until Monday morning, 12/14.
