It was announced today that Partner Underwriting Manager, Diane Driscoll,  Strategic Partner Support team member Brianna Olmos and Underwriting Manager Maria Writer all passed the exam.

The CPP exam was created to establish a uniform, defined standard of practice and knowledge for ISOs, sales personnel and payments industry professionals to quantify the expertise of potential performance of those individuals.

The exam demonstrates the payment professional’s mastery of sales, pricing and interchange, business process, operations and workflow, products and solutions, risk, regulatory compliance and security.

In order to be qualified to take the test, the individuals were required to have been employed in the payments industry for more than one year or possess three years of industry-related work experience. The test is administered only twice yearly.

By passing the exam, these individuals carry with them a competitive advantage in their respective fields and raises the value level of their respective teams and National Merchants Association.

National Merchants Association encourages its employees to become CPP certified and celebrates these individuals and their accomplishments.
